PRODUCT FACTS SUPPLIED TO COUNSEL — NOT TERMS
- A RISE Reserve balance is the customer's money: refundable in full on request, it never expires, and an empty Reserve changes nothing about access — billing simply returns to the card. This is already stated on the buy page and must not be contradicted.
- Early cancellation of a discounted term is priced by src/money/earlyCancellation.ts (founder ruling #15, which superseded the R-C re-rate src/money/clawback.ts implemented): the licence fee for the months actually used at the rate for the term completed, with nothing added (founder ruling 2026-09-24 removed the three exit-notice months), capped at the whole term at the signed rate, invoiced once as a draft; the usage charge is never clawed back. A monthly plan has no minimum term and no exit charge. The term is billed monthly, so nothing credits or refunds unused term. The disclosure figures must be derived at render time from vendor/pricing.js, never hand-written (_COPY_DECK_2026-07-29.md:161).
- TRAINING IS WITHDRAWN (founder 2026-09-23, GO 2026-09-24; this fact said, until then, that training was bought self-serve under billing pass 3 ruling 18 and the self-serve ruling of 2026-08-18, with no refund once training had run). RISE no longer sells training: the catalog derives no training Price, checkout refuses an order that names a training type (outcome training_retired), and a paid Stripe object that still claims a training purchase grants nothing and is logged for a person to decide the money (src/http/trainingProvision.ts). vendor/rise.config.json keeps the withdrawn ladder (2,500 dollars for the first file type, 750 for each additional one) as dated history with self_serve and provisionable false. No code in HQ refunds a training purchase and none computes one. What happens to a training fee paid before the withdrawal is not ruled.
- Cancelling never blocks restoration of already-stored data.
