RISE asks for these, and nothing else. Your card goes on Stripe's own page next: Stripe saves it, RISE checks it, and only then is it charged.

On Stripe's page you can pay by card (instant activation) or by US bank transfer (ACH). Bank transfer: Provisional access while it settles; revoked if it fails.

RISE runs one account per organisation. If your confirmed email's company already has a RISE account, we say so before anything is charged and add this plan to it. If the card you enter on Stripe's page is already used by another RISE account, we say so before it is charged. A match found only after payment puts the licence on hold for a person, who decides within 2 business days.

✓ Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own page — card details never touch RISE servers. Your license grant is minted by RISE HQ from Stripe's payment webhook, never by your browser.

4 · RISE RESERVE — optional

Prepay ahead of need

Load a RISE Reserve and each month-close draws your real metered bill from it first — a projection only sizes the deposit; the meter sets every price. Your Reserve is your money: it never expires, and an empty Reserve changes nothing — billing simply returns to your card, and restore is never blocked. If you cancel, the balance still sitting in your Reserve is returned to the payments that funded it. Loading a Reserve is not self-serve yet — email contact@cybersec-risetechnologies.com and we will set one up for you.

5 · REINSTATE A LAPSED LICENCE — returning customers

Fill in both boxes below. The order resumes your existing licence — the same licence id — so the RISE files written under it open again.

Leave both boxes empty. The order creates a new licence id, and a new id is a different key: RISE files written under your previous licence stay shut under it.

A lapse destroys nothing. Two things together open your RISE files: your password, which only you hold and RISE keeps no copy of, and your licence. Reinstating brings back that exact licence, so RISE files written under it open again; buying fresh gives you a different one, and the older RISE files stay shut under it. Your password is the half nobody can replace — keep it safe, and keep your recovery kit. The order summary names which of the two purchases you are making.

Licence id Exactly as it appears — capitals, underscores and all. We do not tidy it up: it is part of the key, so a changed character is a different licence. Activation code The code that arrived in its own email when you first bought. It is not shown back to you, never travels in a web address, and never reaches Stripe.

A reinstating order is a new subscription on the licence you already hold, at the plan and term chosen in step 1 — not a second licence. Reinstatement is for a licence whose subscription has ended; if yours is still billing, or has an invoice outstanding, this page will say so and nothing will be charged.

No longer have the code? Email contact@cybersec-risetechnologies.com and a person will reinstate the licence for you. Nothing on this page can look a code up for you, and it is deliberate: the code is what proves the licence is yours.
